My usual barber wasn’t available, but still very happy with the haircut. Very professional with all the covid restrictions and stuff. Customer service only could have been improved if I was offered a cup of tea, haha.

I’ve been visiting The Groom Room in Newton Abbot for around 2 years now. George has always cut my hair. I’ve always found him both friendly and professional, and he never fails to do a good job. He’s very consistent with his workmanship. I always used to view getting my hair cut as a chore rather than a pleasure when visiting other establishments. However I now look forward to my experience, both socially and the positive outcome of having a haircut I can be proud of. I don’t have any problem recommending The Groom Room in Newton Abbot, and would recommend George too.

In this challenging time I felt very comfortable and the Groom Room exceeded my expectations. Jarvis .......? Great barber. Certainly knows what he’s about. Quality cut and thoroughly pleasant experience. I’ll be back!
