This was our first visit to The Groom Room & both myself & my son were very impressed. The shop was clean & felt "covid safe". Simon was very welcoming, friendly & worked efficiently. My son came out saying it was the best haircut he's ever had - no appreciation for Mum's lockdown haircut obviously!! ;p

Had my haircut after months of lock down so i looked like a lego man I felt safe as the Groom Room Newton Abbot was well organised and clean, Jarvis who always cuts my hair was top marks assest to the company always has a good chat and the finished product is always outstanding cannot fault the service provide

Great service by Jarvis as always and good COVID aware protocols as well. The app for appointment booking is excellent.
