Every time I've used The Groom Room, the service I've received has been second to none - regardless of who has cut my hair. The cuts have always been excellent, I like the music that's played and all the staff are friendly. The hot towel at the end of the cut is always a welcome addition and is often missed by other barbers I've used historically. Highly recommended.
