It was a delight to have Katie style my hair this morning. She is a lovely, young girl and presents herself immaculately. I also was listening to Elaine who occasionally helped Katie with hints and tips. However, my following comments are meant to be constructive and going forward with Katie; (1) she did not use the mirror enough (2) she needs much more practice on back-combing. Having been shown how to do it correctly, once she was alone, she was fell back into her old ways of back-combing. A lovely morning, none the less, and thank you Katie.
