I went to Joseph Ferraro yesterday for the first time. And I loved it! The salon itself has a lovely feel and good friendly vibe to it. The decor is lovely too. I had Rita do my hair and she was very friendly and welcoming, as well as very professional. You can tell she has a lot of passion and lots of good knowledge about hair. She did a great consultation where we talked about the different cuts and colours I had in mind. I Decided to have a good chop off the length of my hair, to my shoulders. To get all the split dry ends off! This was very daring for me with always having long hair, but I have to say, I really love it! The colour is fantastic and so shiny and healthy! And the cut is so stylish. The coffee there is lovely too! Thankyou so much Rita and Joseph Ferraro hair salon! I will definitely be returning!

This was my first visit to a professional hair dresser since 2011 when after a bad experience I decided to both cut and colour my hair myself. After Joseph cut my hair last week, Natalie did an amazing job today by finishing off my new look with brilliant colours. No more DIY for me as the total experience was relaxed, despite my slight anxiety and I have already booked 3 further appointments so as to ensure I stay looking my best. Many thanks to Joseph and his team for "putting life back" into me.
