After suffering a huge fire in June 2018, we set up the salon in a temporary lodge, whilst our new salon was being built. December 2020 the salon was completed and we are now located in a stunning, bespoke salon where we offer a variety of High end treatments and product brands.


All of which are performed by our experienced and highly trained Beauty Experts, who provide exceptional customer care and attention to detail, Offering clients professional advice on all treatments, products and aftercare to ensure your experience with us is first class.

My appt was the first of the day. despite the underground heating which had just been turned on, the room was really cold and the covers on the bed felt cold and damp. It was no warmer when I left after an hour of treatment. I understand this ya s temporary measure but to warm the bed an electric blanket could be used or even a hot water bottle. Otherwise the location is ideallic and doing a good job despite their plight.

Dear Client Thank you for your feed back. I am sorry to hear the Salon was cold on your arrival. I’m sure the girls explained to you that we are trying to balance the temperature to a comfortable level. Throughout the summer brought temperatures of over 35 degrees in there and still in the high 20’s up to a couple of weeks ago as the sun has been shinning. Last week brought the first of the colder weather and the heating being on. Our first few days resulted in a sauna heat yet again, as once the salon heats up it retains the heat and even more so if the sun comes out. So as you can appreciate this is a fine line to get a comfortable temperature and has resulted in us setting the heating to different on and off times at various temperatures in order to maintain a comfortable temperature for the entire day. I can assure you the salon is not damp and we do have electric blankets on both the beds, plus extra fleece blankets and hot water bottles if required. If you are a regular to the salon you will know that client comfort and relaxation is a priority for us so I can only apologise if your therapist did not do enough to make you comfortable. Please be assured that I will pass this feedback on to her and that I’m sure by your next visit the salon will be warm and toastie for you. Kind Regards The Beauty Team

Amazing salon, even after the fire the girls have pulled together to make a fantastic temporary salon-in fact far more pleasant than the original. I love coming here for my treatments as you are always looked after and made to feel welcome. This girls are very bubbly and they always seem to help each other out, nothing is a problem and you leave feeling relaxed and valued. I am a relatively new client as only been coming for a year or so, yet I feel like I’ve been a client for years! Thank you cottesmore Beauty.
