Very helpful staff, especially as I had to completely alter a hair appointment at the last minute. They managed to accommodate my late request which I was grateful for. My stylist is also very professional and good at her trade Just one suggestion, please invest in a decent 'coffee machine'. The cappuccino always tastes like a hot chocolate so I don't end up drinking it - it's the same everytime, it tastes sweet too even though I take it without sugar. I can only put it down to an ineffective machine - please reinvest and serve a quality drink then you'd score 10 points for overall environment.
