It was my first time visiting the salon. Everything was perfect! The girls were all so lovely and helpful and throughout treatments they explained the products and how to use them. I will 100% be continuing to visit this salon. Love my hair thank you so much Sarina and the team X

From start to finish I felt like a VIP. The consultation was amazing and very professional, I felt as though I was the only person in the salon and they really cared about me and what I wanted. Every step of my appointment my stylist Lydia checked if I was ok, informed me of what she was doing and gave me fabulous tips on how to look after my hair better at home. She asked me how I style it, what I use, how much product I use, what I have problems with, she was extremely thorough and I felt like she genuinely cared. She also didn’t just do what I asked for, she offered her professional opinion and expertise which I thought was refreshing compared to other salons I’ve been to in the past. It was an extremely friendly and comfortable environment. I will 100% be going back. Thank you so much!!

This is one of the most professional hairdressers in the area, from consultation to colouring and finish, you would have to go to Liverpool city centre to receive this level professionalism

Had my second set of Great Lengths Extensions done yesterday and am thrilled with them. I was worried when the first set came out that my hair would have been damaged but it actually looked and felt in better condition than ever! Had some great advice from Sarina about a product to disguise my thin hairline which has worked a treat and given me loads of confidence. All the girls in the salon are just lovely - it's a pleasure to have your hair done there x
