First time at salon, customer service was the best I have ever encountered in a hair salon so very attentive from every member of staff. Serena was fantastic in her explanation of my hair trouble and helping with the choice of hair colour and cut. Molly who washed my hair was lovely and Jenna who cut my hair and explained to me how to style it. Colour and cut I am thrilled with. Top marks
