First time booking in with Mandy but she was just as amazing as all the other girls at Rosser! So much attention to detail with regards to protecting staff and clients which made me feel 100% safe and comfortable at all times without taking away the ‘Rosser experience’ that I love! Thank you so much girls for all your hard work in ensuring the salon is safe for clients and also for making me feel human again. Anyone having doubts about going, please don’t because they’ve covered everything xx

It’s been 5 months since I had my short hair cut and I was a bit apprehensive following lockdown due to COVID. However, I needn’t have worried as the salon was spotless and the amount of effort which Bev and the girls have made to ensure the safety of clients and staff was brilliant. I couldn’t be happier with my colour and cut and I’m glad to be back to feeling like me again. Thank you to the amazing Stacey, it’s good to be back. Brilliant salon which I would highly recommend

Always top notch service here, Stacey and the girls were faultless with approachability, professionalism and overall knowledge and advice about all things hair care. Great to see the measures put into place re distancing, cleanliness and face visors, whilst magically not losing any of the warm friendliness of the salon!

First visit back after lockdown . Management and staff have worked very hard to ensure the salon is Covid safe yet still give their warm welcome and usual cheery atmosphere(and you all still look gorgeous in your full face visors ) . Lots of space and social distancing guidance fully adhered to which makes you feel safe . Staff constantly cleaning which is re-assuring during these times . Full consultation on hair needs after 4 months since last visit . Quality products and expert colour, cut and blow. Floated out of the salon feeling fabulous . Thanks Sarina and Team Rosser x
