My first visit to Salon 16 - with Charlie, who has not been there long. He was very understanding, took time with me at a consultation and then I had a 3.5 hr appointment the following day and I am delighted with the results. I have very long hair which was trimmed and coloured beautifully! Have already made my next appointment for December. Really pleased. Thank you Charlie!!!
