Not a complaint but more of a suggestion. A highlight of a salon visit is the hair wash and conditioning massage. My recent visits have been with a student or trainee and it doesn’t seem as if they have had training or guidance. The head massage has been poor and not over full head but in one spot making you wish it would end. A shame to stand up feeling less than satisfied at that moment. Not a fan of the rough dry and run. You want to leave looking like the ££ you’ve spent, with people noticing you’ve stepped out of a salon. I understand why but starts to feel like a factory line rather than a special treat with a personal touch and brilliant finish that only a hairdresser can achieve. Something the client enjoys for days knowing they can never replicate and holding off washing it to make the finish last.. If stylists don’t have time perhaps hand the blow dry and finish over to a junior person? Love love everything else & so glad you are open !! People fabulous & friendly!
