In a town teeming with hairdressers, (many of which I have tried out but not been that impressed), Salon 16 stands out on so many levels. Not only the quality of the wash & cut, which is excellent as seems to flatter and hold shape far longer than other hairdressers - but also the welcome from all the staff on arrival and throughout. I know for many clients they adore the complimentary coffee & cake - but for me personally, I love the fact that the team do not bombard me with inane conversation whilst styling as other salons do, but let me relax in peace with my book as they weave their magic on my hair. Would happily recommend to anyone!

The most wonderful professional team. Always a welcoming atmosphere , and an altogether wonderful experience as it has been for all the years I have been coming to Salonsixteen! The very talented Rosie is a wonderful owner/stylist and a great team leader. All the trainees are receiving exceptional direction and it is a great experience being a model for any of them. Thank you Rosie and the team.

I'm always worried about putting my tresses into people's hands but blessedly the lass who did my regrowth tint and fringe trim was great. She did exactly what I asked for (some hairdressers seemingly have great difficulty with this concept), had an epic head massage, didn't cost a fortune and was a right giggle. A+ with distinction ladies 😁
