All fine in the salon. But need to let you know I was disappointed not to have been told that I would have a stylist other than Sophie, who has now left, but who your system still allowed me to book the appt with. I do understand, but I would have appreciated a call. It wasn’t a total surprise but that was only because I checked my booking online the day before and queried it by phone before I came. That’s no reflection on Jess though- a nice girl, who took time to listen carefully to me, understood my apprehension at having a new stylist, and did a good job. Lovely cakes, and lovely salon experience. Thank you for reading
