Salon Sixteen is a highly professional salon. The experience from booking through to appointment was very smooth. The salon is centrally-located - there is a car park outside the front door - and the front-of-house staff are friendly and competent. Customer service is excellent. My hair was cut by a junior stylist who was well-trained and confident; I have thin, difficult hair, and she gave it structure and style. Pricing is competitive. This will now become my new go-to salon. Thank you Salon Sixteen, and I'll see you again in November!
