The visit today was relaxed and totally informative of all the new procedures with COVID. Very professional and felt totally reassured that RAW is putting the clients needs at the forefront with protection and cleanliness. Well done Raw in a difficult change in procedures to turning it around to still give excellent service.

I love raw and will always use this salon and Heidi is the best. Great advise and great hair! And great chat. I do find it a little expensive at £145 and I wish the massage chairs would get fixed because they were fantastic 🙁 Love that you’re echo friendly. looking forward to restrictions relaxing so I can have my ombré OJ, they’re the best!! All stylists are lovely in your salon.

Very happy with my hairdresser Emily, she’s a lovely girl and an excellent technician. I do miss the discounts though as I am retired and hope they return soon.

My first visit since all things Covid have been put into place, got to admit I did feel a bit apprehensive but RAW have it sorted down to a tee!! I felt welcome and safe :-) A big thank you to Heidi and also to Rio.

we saw destiny at Dartford and she is always lovely with my daughter. really gentle and friendly and dealt with the all the stuff re COVID in her stride
