Hair washing experience was horrible. Shampoo slopped on roughly & very quickly, water dripped over face. Rinsed in extremely hot water conditioner & toner followed very roughly then towel dried aggressively which I hate as I have fine fragile hair I never ever rub my wet hair like that. Sprayed various products into my hair without telling me what they were & then told me to do my own parting. Also was not happy about her coughing over me, which she did apologise for but I would expect her to be wearing a mask & not coughing over clients. Very unprofessional overall.

I always love coming to the salon. Staff are friendly. Atmosphere is nice. Always clean. Gemma has been my hairdresser for a few years now and she makes you feel at ease straightaway. Great cut and colour always and always very complimentary :) I also had the pleasure of Will looking after me today. He is very attentive and produced an amazing colour! I love it! Thank you so much! :) x

My first visit for 22 months. Was very apprehensive but Gemma made me feel totally at ease. Offered to wear a face mask herself too. Thank you Gemma
