Always happy with results. I was taken back this time as I booked a newly qualified stylist as I only wanted a trim and a nice wash really at the price £18. I was given a different stylist and charged £51. It wasn't for a special occasion and only took 45mins. I think I should have been asked if I wished to proceed in advance as that blew my budget

Service was as usual excellent. Our only issue was how cold it was in there on the top floor. Keep your coat on!
