I found Charlotte to be incredibly accommodating and welcoming. I find it difficult at times to communicate effectively as I am deaf but have always found this hairdressers to go above and beyond. I think it is wonderful the manager knows BSL and all the other staff attempt to sign. I am extremely happy with the quality of work done on my hair and have already booked my next appointment. I would highly recommend RAW to all of my friends and family. Thank you again.

Raw is the best Salon I have been to even in these difficult times staff are pleasant and welcoming. I feel safe in the salon temperature take and tracing clients is excellent Vicky is my stylist and she is the best I have ever had and I have had a few Over the years. Thank you to all the staff but especially Vicky.

I always look forward to my appointments with Gemma, she’s so lovely and friendly. She always does an amazing job of both my cut and colour, listening to any changes I want to make and always had lots of ideas or suggestions when I am indecisive (which is most of the time). I’ve had the most compliments about my hair I’ve ever had since coming to Raw- I never leave unhappy!
