Always very pleased after having my hair done with Carle but feel sorry for staff as cold building to work in in the winter months

Kim your Amazing, what a lovely lady, fantastic hairdresser and u can tell she loves what she does. Lady at reception, warm, pleasant, and a real people’s person, 10/10 Only thing to mark down is the decor, I’d love to see white clean lines, fitted cupboards and sparkle, I loved it before but I think it needs to look bright, Also make it more warmer, I know u have a fire but it’s cold lol

Lucie was very welcoming and calmed my nerves after a previous bad experience at Raw, she gave me a lovely cut and finish I will be returning.
