I love Vikki but the whole experience is ruined by the young girls who can't do a decent shampoo for love nor money. I've been in the business and trained apprentices and so far in the last 7 visits I've not had one decent shampoo.

Although my service with Emily over the weekend was perfect as usual, I felt the standard of juniors has lowered. There was also a funky smell in the salon so a reminder of personal hygiene may be worth mentioning. Emily was well aware of this as we’re other stylists so I hope this can be looked at. Especially when paying over £100 per visit. Other than that all fab and love my colour and style.

I liked my hair stylist Jess who was friendly and helped me with suggestions. I was pleased with the finished result. I will use the salon again. The hair stylist who washed my hair had really long nails and kept catching my ears and scalp with her nails. I declined a head massage but still found the hair washing uncomfortable.

Heidi is a super star and always does the most fantastic job I love her. I was freezing in the salon today though I had to sit on my hands to warm them up even after I’d been moved upstairs. The lighting made it really hard to see her great work…until I got home, which I feel could make it hard on her when I can’t see the job she’s done and give her the praise and positive feedback she deserved :( she always takes extra time and care over me and she’s 10/10! The young apprentice who brought me my coffee was nice too! I do find it quite expensive and therefore don’t visit as much as I would like to. But still wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Chole took very very good care of me
