I booked on line for 9am and had email confirmation of time. However it was then somehow changed to 11am without my knowledge. My text confirmation said 11 but I didn’t really look at that properly as I knew what time I had. I found out changed time when arrived for what I thought was my 9am appt. They managed to fit me in at 10 but I didn’t feel totally relaxed as I was constantly clock watching as I was meeting family at 11am. Having said that, the stylist was brilliant and I am thrilled with result.

I was greeted in a warm friendly manner and made to feel valued. Time and effort has been put in to the environment make you feel special. Expert advice on styling and how to maintain the look. Staff and management are particularly covid are particularly covid aware and every precaution is taken. It's an excellent salon and thoroughly recommend.
