Value for money is rated lower as the usual discount for colour is no longer available, something I fully appreciate in the present circumstances. I do, however, question the £5 surcharge per visit for PPE- seems a lot of money, but wonder if this also includes screens, cleaning between clients etc?

Jess is absolutely lovely and did a great job on my hair again. I can't deny that wearing a mask is strange and slightly uncomfortable but I think you're doing a great job within the guidelines to still give a good customer experience.

Very clean and safe environment. Staff were friendly. Lucie was lovely and took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me exactly what I had asked for as well as giving me some great tips!

we saw destiny at Dartford and she is always lovely with my daughter. really gentle and friendly and dealt with the all the stuff re COVID in her stride
