I am already a customer at Raw Dartford but wanted to book my daughter in this time. My daughter is autistic and struggles with social interaction and communication. When I called to book the appointment the lady I spoke to was very understanding and helpful and booked us in for an hour so we had plenty of time in case my daughter didn’t respond well. When we arrived we were taken upstairs as the hairdresser thought this would be best for my daughter as it is quieter. She was very patient and excellent with my daughter who struggles to sit still and follow instructions. Thank you so much to the ladies at Raw! I was nervous about the appointment and how my daughter may cope. You made me feel at ease and it was a pleasant experience, in and out in 20 minutes! Amazing. Again, thank you so much!
