I always feel welcome, Kim and the team always provide a personal service, on this occasion Chloe D did an exceptional wash and scalp massage, and it was lovely talking to Blair as he put the colour on, and finally Kim blow drying my hair to a silky smooth texture was the icing on the cake. Katie usually does my hair and could not get into work today so Kim problem solved to a perfect solution and I left happy as always.
