Love coming to the salon friendly , helpful and always make you feel totally at ease . I get my hair cut and coloured by Kim and it always looks amazing and the colour is beautiful really natural I wouldn’t go anywhere else .

I always enjoy my visit to Raw. Today's appointment was no different. My stylist, Kim, provides a warm welcome and listens to what I want when discussing my colour or cut. Nothing is too much trouble and I never feel rushed. The salon is relaxed with styling areas that are roomy and well spaced out. For me, the salon delivers on all levels; excellent customer service, great hair styling products and good value for money. Thank you Raw!

Lovely and friendly staff however, yet again my colour was washed off by a trainee/apprentice, which is fine as I appreciate that they are learning, but I do think they should be shown better or supervised when first starting out as i had to leave with soaking wet hair due to taking so long and my parking ticket running out. There was hair dye still left on my skin and when I did get home and dry it myself there was still product on my hair. I called the salon and my complaint was dealt with well but this is the second time I have had to rewash my hair due to shampoo/conditioner not being washed out properly.
