Very professional from the booking to the payment. Good environment, warm, caring. It did not feel rushed was not loud. Enjoyed the service, hair wash was very good too, relaxing. Very pleasant. I would continue to recommend.

Emily is always warm & friendly and I’m amazed she remembers little details from the conversation we’ve had previous times like my children’s names or something I was planning on doing, this is very good customer service. She offers advice on my hair but never pushes me to do anything I wouldn’t feel comfortable with or that I wouldn’t manage at home.

Value for money is rated lower as the usual discount for colour is no longer available, something I fully appreciate in the present circumstances. I do, however, question the £5 surcharge per visit for PPE- seems a lot of money, but wonder if this also includes screens, cleaning between clients etc?
