Good experience as always and Lily always works wonders with my hair. The only downside was that the environment was on the cold side which did make me feel less comfortable, better hesting needs to be considered for customers and, indeed your staff having to work in these cold conditions.

Gemma is excellent, I love my new haircut,she made me feel welcome and we had a good laugh and chat during the session . Highly recommended.
