Lovely and friendly staff however, yet again my colour was washed off by a trainee/apprentice, which is fine as I appreciate that they are learning, but I do think they should be shown better or supervised when first starting out as i had to leave with soaking wet hair due to taking so long and my parking ticket running out. There was hair dye still left on my skin and when I did get home and dry it myself there was still product on my hair. I called the salon and my complaint was dealt with well but this is the second time I have had to rewash my hair due to shampoo/conditioner not being washed out properly.

I am not happy to still being charged extra £5 for PPE! I know its been very hard time but it's been hard for everyone and you are charging everyone for this PPE so feel now you must have more than covered the extra cost for hand sanitizer.etc !!!

I have been having my hair done by Lily for over 6 years. She is a very friendly, carong and a brilliant hair dresser. I am always pleased with my hair, and I know she will give me proper advice on how to care for my hair.

I just think the cost of the PPE is really high when other salon have only put their at £2.50.

I had a new hair stylist today, it was her 1st day. I took her advice in what she thought would be ideal for my hair from what I normally get done. Initially I waited 5mins plus to get my hair washed because she wouldn't do it. Then she cut my hair and didn't show me before she styled it. When I did comment she did apologise. She curled my hair with the hair dryer which was quite traumatic because it kept getting stuck in the brushes.. when i asked about using hair straighteners as I have had before she said the hairdryer looks more natural. I am not happy with the after look there are hairbrush lifts I look like a mushroom. Happy to send pictures. Thank you
