Gemma is excellent, I love my new haircut,she made me feel welcome and we had a good laugh and chat during the session . Highly recommended.

Salon was crowded round the reception desk, apparently due to only one paying machine that was responding slowly.

Really happy with my visit at the Raw Dartford,very professional and friendly team ! Very attentive at all time I been ask several times if I would like a drink or if everything is ok seriously I could not ask for anything more . However the prices are a bit high ( for me ) I would definitely come back but maybe not as often As I would like as simply could not afford it .Big thank you to Mel for making my hair look fabulous.

Emily is warm & friendly. She gives great advice & I trust her 💯 She always remembers past conversations we’ve had which I think is a great personal touch. This is why I come back to Raw. Overall everybody i encounter at the salon has a smile.
