I've been a Raw customer for many years now and I've seen the business change and blossom more and more. The fabulous Jess does my hair, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Apart from the environment being relaxing, luxurious and a pleasure to be pampered in, all the staff are, and have always been, so lovely to interact with. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel looked after, whether it's the hair wash with always-offered head massage (never say no..) or just getting you a yummy complimentary drink, it's always such an enjoyable experience. Jess is a complete pro, and the only person in the world I would trust to make my hair look fab, which she does every time without fail, along with our regular catch up and love life gossiping. Generally 5 stars all round!

Heidi is always so lovely and very professional. She listens to what the client wants and gives tips on hair care and products to use to help. Love coming to the salon.

It was my first time visiting Raw. Everyone is really welcoming, professional but also personable. Also really love the decor inside, it’s really modern but warm at the same time. The atmosphere on my visit was really relaxed and the stylist took the time to understand how I wear my hair, how it behaves and what I was after from my cut. She paid attention to detail but also worked efficiently. I knew I was in safe hands and was really happy with the results. She delivered exactly what I asked for, can’t fault it! I will definitely be back :)
