I always feel welcome. On arrival they always offer you a drink take your coat and bags. I feel comfortable and I enjoy coming to get my hair done by jess I work full time and care for my mum so when I get my hair cut by jess it is my time to relax and be pampered x

Great service, exceptional management I rang the salon and explained that I wasn’t as happy with the cut that had been done there a few days before, it didn’t sit correctly the manager was great and booked me in for the next available appointment and fixed it, now I feel confident again.
