I couldn't fault the service I received in the salon, however, I booked the appointment online and it was changed to a different stylist who was more expensive (due to the original one leaving), whilst this was not an issue on this occasion as I received a new client discount, I would have expected to be contacted to check this was OK in advance of the appointment as there was a significant difference between the cost of the two stylists.

I would not let anyone else do my hair. Emily always does a fantastic job, I love the colour and the cut is always amazing. The salon always go out of their way for you and they are always polite. The range of drinks that are offered to you are amazing, try the raspbery mojito mocktail, very yummy.

Kim was so lovely and very helpful. We had a lovely conversation and shared some interests which made my experience really enjoyable! I would highly recommend this salon, you receive and amazing head massage with your hair wash and lovely friendly smiles and chats the second you walk through the door.
