Really happy with my haircut as always, will not go anywhere else! My hairdresser Jess knows how to cut and style my hair exactly as I like it, whilst giving advice and consultation that is really helpful. Always walk out feeling really pleased with the result!

The only thing I would suggest is that when colour is being done to somehow avoid the colour going onto the forehead over the hair line. It takes days for the colour to come off completely from the forehead and sides. This is the second time it has happened to me and that’s the only thing that puts me off having my hair coloured. Otherwise I’m super happy with my colour done. All staff are really pleasant to talk to.

Many thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately as you were booked in with a trainee, due to their learning and inexperience these types of things can happen and they will most certainly learn from these experiences and improve client to client.
