Arrived early for my appointment and Cassie accommodated me by changing her lunch break, which was really appreciated as I was happy to wait. Excellent service.

Gaggle of staff at reception staring at you when you check in and later pay make the entrance and farewell awkward. Not as professional as I expected. Visited Everyman years ago and it was a better experience then. Will stick to my local rather than heading into the city for this. Cut was fine but the employee didn’t match the environment.

Had my haircut by Cassie and she was lovely. Did my hair quickly and nicely and was great to chat to. Deffo recommend.
