Great haircut and beard trim from Jay, he listened to what I was I was looking for and also gave his advice on what he recommended. Really happy with the service, would definitely come back again.

The problem with facility it’s missing hair washing station which I do find rather strange. Also soft cold and hot drink station might help you to feel more exclusive.

Nice guy, but I’ve come home disappointed with my cut & shave. The razor felt quite blunt when shaving, I’ve been nicked a couple of times and the overall shave is pretty patchy. The neck line is very wonky now I’ve been able to look properly at home. I feel I have paid a lot of money for a below average service, that I will have to try and correct myself. Completely defeats the object of me paying for a shave. Only writing this as I feel it’s only fair to be honest with my experience. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be going back & feel I’ve wasted money.

Really upset with my hair after visit. Asked to tidy up, barber proceeded to cut almost all of it off. Just awful
