Always walk into the salon feeling a 2/10 and walk out feeling a 12! Nicole has built such a good working relationship with me and knows exactly what I want better than I do! She has an unbelievable amount of knowledge on colour and trendy styles. I have previously left a good review for hair at monroes but suggested they updated the decor in the salon, this has now been done and has created a more appealing environment. I always feel welcome at the salon, even if I’ve cut/ dyed my own hair, normally I’d be scared of getting judged or moaned at or something but Nicole is always so understanding. They also always offer a drink whether it’s tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juice or Prosecco - it helps turn my hair cut into almost a whole relaxation experience - I’m usually there for a few hours so it helps that they provide such a relaxing environment. I have recommended Hair at Monroes to one of my colleagues who has now permanently moved salons to Hair at Monroes after also having a hair cut by Nicole. If anyone else I knew was looking for a hairdresser I would recommend them every time!
