Very impressed with the precautions taken to keep a safe salon. Temperature check, hand sanitizer and disposable apron and mask, also well spaced. Maria listened to what I wanted done with my hair and also supplied advice and suggestions for what I could do going forward. I was offered a couple of drinks as I was in the salon for a while with foils. The hair washing with Nancy was a good experience and a great head massage. I was very happy with my colours and cut and left the salon feeling a million dollars. Well done Leopard Lounge on a very safe salon visit. All the staff make you feel very welcome and took time to say hello. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to go to the salon even though I have moved. Thanks so much.

I had my mum's hair done today,, she is 81 nd found it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. She was treated with kindness, respect and professionalism, Thank you Charlie, Sophie, Nancy and all at Leopard Lounge

Hi, I'm sorry that this rating is not as as positive as I would have hoped.so I have visited before and had pedicure as part of a package.I had a pedicure today which I was told would be of the same level but I had before however, I was disappointed with what I was provided with.I thought like the last time I would have my toenails cut as they needed to be which is one of the reasons that I came to the salon and that the hard skin on the back of my heels would have been more removed than it had been today. The last visit I had was with a person who not only cut my nails but filed them and worked very hard to remove the hard skin on the back of my heels. The person who did it today had misjudge the amount of time she had. I felt that there was not enough time to let one layer of lacquer dry before the next layer went on. I was asked to sit in a room to dry my nails for 10-minutes which has subsequently did. However when I put my my toe post sandals on unfortunately I still scuffed the lacquer because it wasn't completely dry . I came to to the salon because I was pushed for time I was then asked to pay £25 and had to explain turn that I'd had a text offering 40% off. I duly paid £15. If I'm honest I could have done this at home just filing my nails giving my heels a bit of a Scrub & them myself. I hope that my next experience if there is one will be better than today. Aesthetically my feet look good. However the work of cutting my nails and getting rid of the hard skin that still remains will be a job that I will have to do.
