Senior sytlist continue to train all of their staff in the latest hair & beauty techniques and pride themselves on creating a friendly, vibrant and professional environment where everyone is welcome.
In 2018 fully renovate the leopard lounge at hillingdon and turn into a lavish hair and beauty spa with stunning interiors, 2 luxurious beauty rooms on the second floor and a reception area complete with fully licensed bar to add to your experience.
The salon offers a wide range of hair & beauty services including children's and ladies pamper parties for all occasions, botox and filler days and much more.

If i am honest i usually have such a good experience here all the girls are soo nice. Normally i dont mind if i have to wait a little because they are running late with a customer. However this time i had booked my appointments specifically for those times because I wanted it for those times. I waited a whole extra hour before getting my makeup done after my hair being done. I was told my appointment had been noved to half 11 at 11 (with no botice really) so i wasn't impressed but sucked it up. I ended up starting gone 12. Which meant I finished past 1. It was for my engagement party. The client who basically took ny appointment was an employee not one i see regularly in there but i think maybe a manager of somesort as she definitely had seniorityover fhe other girls. I love the lady who does my make up she was very polite apologiseed loads but i didnt enjoy my experience as i was stressed looking at the time the whole time and i got home and guests were already there. I did onky need to put my dress on but i ended up crying because i had felt soo stressed. If i had known they were going to make me wait I would have cancelled the makeup. I think it was unprofessional for an employee to take an appointment that wasn't theirs. I wasn't offered a discount or even a drink to apologise while i was waiting and because of covid they were expecting me to sit outside for that whole hour after just having a blowdry on a windy day. I wasn't going to complain because i do love the people that work there but i think they need to understand how it makes customers feel. The customers should be treated well.
