From the minute you walk in you are pampered. Percy & Beryl make a perfect welcoming party and if you get past them, the reception girls are lovely. I always arrive slightly dishevelled and stressed....I leave feeling great and my hair is the best it's been. Thanks again Steven and see you soon.

Whilst I appreciate that the majority of your clients are women, it might be an idea to have a couple of more general interest magazines in reception for those of us who aren't female and aren't so fashion conscious. Only a small point though. Overall the experience is great, Good coffee and even an apple crumble this morning. What could be better, a good haircut from Rachel with a friendly and efficient staff. in the background - thanks.

Hi David, thanks for the feedback! We really appreciate constructive comments like yours! On reception we actually have tablets which you can request, these have an App called 'Readly' on them. This App allows you to download and browse a huge variety of magazines spanning all genres from fashion and hair to fishing and sport and everything in between! Love getting my haircut here. Great service all round. Always get a great cut, friendly stylists and staff, and love the massaging chairs too!
