All staff very pleasant to deal with. The haircut I have is always just fantastic which is cut by Laurent, who is an extremely nice man apart from being a wizard with the scissors. Would not go anywhere else. A bit expensive for the area but well worth the outcome.

Steven looked after me in an exemplary way. He listened carefully to what I wanted and explained how he could go about achieving that. He managed my expectations and ensured I understood the treatments I would be getting. All this was done in a friendly and professional manner. Steven made me feel at ease, was incredibly polite throughout the whole appointment whilst having a cracking sense of humour. All in all a very pleasant experience with an end result of lovely hair. Thank you Steven xx

Cameron is so much fun to be around, he makes the experience. I always love feeling fabulous, he takes time and effort to give me good sound advice. Cameron always considers my budget and limitations and is straight talking. His charismatic manner makes the whole thing a real treat. It's ine luxury I could never lose, thank you so much
