I have used different salons for many years, never visiting more than twice. Colleagues have used Steven & Laurent and I thought I would try it. I will now never go anywhere else as long as it exists. The staff are friendly and genuine but not intrusive. The cost is slightly more than I am used to paying but it is worth every penny. I have loved my hair for the first time in years. They offered me free 'pop in' fringe trims. There is always a chat as to what you want done before they start. Whilst having your hair washed, you are sat in chairs that massage you. Then you have a selection of hot and cold drinks, alcohol if you like, all included and accompanied by lovely nibbles and a specially made biscuit or cake. Steven and Laurent have a fantastic business and make every client feel special. They deserve huge credit.

Excellent as ever

First time with Steven, we had a consultation at which my daughter was also present, I clicked instantly with Steven and thought his views and advice to me were spot on, my daughter was so impressed that she has also now booked an appointment with Steven. I had my first appointment with Zan to colour my hair and Steven to cut it and I can truly say I am delighted with the result of both and look forward to having many years as a client of this excellent salon and staff.

Ellie did a fantastic job of colouring my hair and Steven did a brilliant cut and dry as usual. Friends commented on my hair at a party.
