Superb service as usual. The staff go above and beyond. The lovely lady at front of house went the extra mile when my car park ticket was due to expire she popped out and purchased further ticket for me

The staff at the salon are always welcoming, helpful and polite. I am nearly always seen on time, and going to Stephen and Laurent's salon is always a great experience.

The vibe in the salon is great. Always made to feel welcome and the advice given is always tailored to my needs. I ways go feeling nervous as don't really know what I'm asking for on in terms of colour as at the moment I'm experimenting but always feel at ease once I have spoken with my stylist Selina. She gives me her thoughts and advice and always turns out great. Love going there and would recommend anyone to give it s try ... You won't be disappointed !
