Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. You always leave feeling like you are valued as a customer: so much more than a haircut. The stylists all listen to your views and requests and their cutting skills are a cut above everybody else (sorry - couldn't resist!)

Always leave happy with my hair but would appreciate coffee coming when I can drink it - coffee was left whilst my hair was washed so was cold.Otherwise very pleased with everything.

This was the first time I'd met Colette, as Zan has been doing my hair for many many years. I had a great experience, a fabulous hair cut and Colette was delightful. Thank you very much. I was also particularly impressed with my birthday surprise discount, a lovely touch!

I think that the salon has a nice atmosphere although I am not so sure about the two dogs in the salon. Staff are always very polite and professional plus, a good place to go for a really good haircut. Contactless [payment is the way forward, and I like the appointment on the receipt slip, and today, the receptionist highlighted the next appointment which was a good idea.
