Staff on the whole appeared more professional on this visit. Dressed well and portraying a stylish appearance to suit the salon's ethos. As a client I want to be inspired by the staffs style, of course their hair is most important part but clothes make up etc also part of the experience. I feel I should want to dress well to come in to the salon and leave looking my best having had a fabulous cut/colour. Do not want to see ripped jeans and dull t-shirts!

Great. Can completely relax knowing that cut and colour will be superb. Very professional team. Wouldnt go anywhere else
