It was nice to see Steven again because I’ve been I’ll so haven’t been able to visit for a while but a Steven was very welcoming and was pleased to see me back. And my cut and blow dry was as good as always. It was good to get my hair cut by Steve once again.

In the past someone took my coat and offered me a drink I felt pampered and important On this visit I had to hang my own coat and was not offered a drink ! When your expectations have been raised by previous good service it is a disappointment when it doesn’t happen! However I was there to have my hair done and was delighted with that! Thank you Rache.

Second time I've had my hair washed by a junior. Feel she requires a little more training as shampoo not rinsed, she's very cautious in her approach and does not have same professionalism yet as other staff members. Prefer the original approach where whole process is seen through by one staff member.
