Oliver is always friendly and professional. He offers options without being opinionated and always checks I am 100% happy with my hair. Thank you! I do think it would be better if the salon could accept tips on a card as if cash not carried, the stylists lose out.

My whole experience at Pure Hair was very positive. Both the young lady who washed my hair and the stylist Charlotte were kind and listened to my requests. I was very pleased with the end product. Great care had been taken throughout my appointment. The staff were particularly polite and efficient. Thank you.
