Micheal checked absolutely every stage of the process with me. I'd never had my hair dyed before and he made sure I understood every single aspect of my highlights and cut. I wanted a lot cut off and he checked with me about the length and talked me through length lost from drying. The atmosphere was so comfortable and I never felt out of place for not knowing anything about my highlights or cut. Will absolutely be returning! So happy with the results and was made to feel so welcome. Thank you so much!
