Pre-covid I bought my children here. We moved here a couple of years ago, and as a mum of many boys, it was lovely to find such a lovely barbers. However, today, I was beyond shocked at the rudeness of the guy who answered the phone to me. He literally argued with me about wether I’d taken my son there before?! Seriously?! He could find ME on the system (although, I have never had any treatment/haircuts there!) Eventually, he offered us an appointment and just booked my son in with my details (maybe that is how I was on the system initially?!) On arriving ( Due to an accident we were 5 mins late) I apologised, which was greeted with a heavy sigh and eye roll. I was asked what my son wanted doing, (skin fade UNDER a man bun which my son is growing, the same as his 15yr old brother and myself, to donate to the princesses trust) I was told that NO WAY would he do a skin fade at that time of day. Especially given how late we were. I said 5 minutes late-he corrected me, saying it was now 8 minutes… I admit, at this point I muttered under my breath (“ooooh 8minutes”) to which this guy then shouted across to another barber “oh we have muttering under our breath here!” ALL in front of a. 9yr old who had been excited about his hairdresser visit. Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. I’d had walked out of my son hadn’t been with me. £11.50 for 15 minutes of uncomfortable silence and a little head shave. Will not return or recommend.
