Dear Adam I spoke to you about my experience today so you are fully aware of the situation from my perspective. While I am happy with the service received I could have seen someone else on Friday night and not had to come into the salon on a Saturday morning. I also recall that this is the second time this has happened and previously I was assured by you that it wouldn't happen again. Thank you for your apology and also the offer of a free visit. However, as I said to you, I seem to constantly have either the colour, blow dry or cut completed by staff I haven't booked with. Sorry to moan- but I would rather do this than come away form the salon and not raise my concerns. Additionally, my fringe wasn't trimmed as it normally is. I did forget to remind the person doing my hair of this- so it was my error. Regards Pam

As always I receive a brilliant and welcoming service also staff are very friendly giving a relaxing atmosphere. Myself I am elderly on arrival my coat is taken and hung for me and I am offered a seat. Always throughout my visit at the salon I am offered a drink, they have a brilliant menu with a wide selection to choose from. When seated before my hair is washed the assistant who is styling my hair always discus how I want my style checking how my hair has been since my previous visit. Whilst my hair is washed I am offered a massage whilst sitting in the chair. This service is free a feeling of being pampered and tranquility not to be missed. Whilst my hair is being washed I always have received a most relaxing head massage “ please don’t stop” . The chair with this massager gives a workout on the shoulders, the whole of the back, buttocks, upper and lower legs. My hair whilst being cut and styled the assistant always make polite conversation checking All is well, myself completely relaxed having a wonderful time with a feeling of a safe atmosphere amongst the company of lovely people. Always, my hair has been cut and styled to perfection a most wonderful experience plus “the icing on the cake as the saying goes” they give a promotion REWARD CARD collecting points : 1 point 10% off next haircut, 3/points 20% off beauty, 6 points 50% off colour, 8 points 33% off blow dry, 10 points 10% off L’Oreal product, 12 points 50% off a hair cut......... Thank-You ADAM AND TEAM I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND NOT TO BE MISSED
